Raw Thought is a multimedia theatrical work examining the life, work, and death of computer activist Aaron Swartz. Drawing from Swartz’s writings, blogs, and journals, as well as interviews with colleagues and friends, the piece explores questions of access, justice, and intellectual freedom. Created through a collaborative process by performers, directors, writers, and designers, Raw Thought is currently being produced as a residency at colleges and universities across New York City.

Raw Thought was being developed in residency with students at Hunter College in New York during the Spring 2020 semester and has been postponed due to the coronavirus.
